Russian Old New Year Party
Please join us for the celebration of the Russian Old New Year!
When: Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 7 pm till midnight Where: Anchorage Senior Activity Center (1300 East 19th Ave. Anchorage)
Enjoy the romantic comedy show The Telephone Love (in Russian), fun contests, door and grand prizes, food from the Arctic Rose Restaurant, dancing to the Russian/American/Latin music, and more.
The theme of the evening is Fire and Ice. If you decide to follow the theme, wear the colors of fire (red, orange, gold, yellow) and ice (shades of blue, grey, or silver). You will be able to show your outfit (if you wish) on a “catwalk” or “red carpet” and get a prize.
Tickets are $35.00, but this time the ForgetMeNot band is offering a $5.00 discount to CRAFT members, college students, senior citizens, and the ‘early birds’ (those who will purchase tickets before Jan. 5). Only one discount may be applied. Children under 12 go free. Since we are renting only Starlight Ballroom B, seating will be limited.
